Refund and Returns Policy

This Refund and Returns Policy applies to purchases made on https://imzakorganics.com. By placing an order with Imzak Organics, you agree to the terms below.
1. Important Note for Consumable Products
Our products are consumable in nature (including honey and related food items). For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened, used, or partially consumed products.
2. When You Are Eligible for a Replacement or Refund
You may be eligible for a replacement or refund in the following cases:
- Damaged product received (broken jar, leakage, or damaged packaging)
- Wrong product delivered
- Missing item(s) from your order
- Product quality issue (only if the product is unopened and verified with evidence)
3. Time Limit to Raise a Request
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to raise a refund or replacement request. Requests raised after 48 hours may not be accepted.
4. Evidence Required
To process your request quickly, please share:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the product, outer box, and shipping label
- An unboxing video (strongly recommended for damage or missing item claims)
Missing evidence may result in rejection of the claim because we cannot verify the issue.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
- If the order is already dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
6. Refund Process
If your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method.
- Refund timeline: typically 5 to 10 business days (depends on bank/payment provider).
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.
7. Replacement Process
If your replacement request is approved, we will ship a replacement product at no extra cost. Delivery timelines for replacements may vary by location.
8. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Cases
We do not accept returns or refunds in these cases:
- Product opened, used, or partially consumed
- Request raised after 48 hours of delivery
- Damage caused after delivery due to improper storage or handling
- Incorrect address or delivery failure caused by customer-provided details
- Minor packaging wear caused during transit that does not affect product quality
- Personal taste preferences (for example, flavor, texture, crystallization in honey)
9. Honey Crystallization Disclaimer
Honey may naturally crystallize over time depending on temperature. This is a natural process and does not mean the product is spoiled or adulterated. Crystallization is not eligible for a refund.
Imzak Organics reserves the right to approve or reject requests based on verification and evidence provided.
